The Bell Mobility Employee Discount is a wireless plan or phone accessory discount for all full-time or part-time UM employees.

The Bell Mobility Employee Discount offers:
- A 20% discount, applied monthly, on a personal Bell Mobility wireless plan (hardware financing not eligible). This discount cannot be applied mid-contract.
- 20% off cell phone accessories (excluding Apple products) at any IDC Communications store. View a list of IDC Communications store locations.

Who is eligible?
All full-time or part-time employees of the University of Manitoba.
How do I apply for my Bell Mobility Employee Discount?
Go to any Bell MTS store and speak to a Bell MTS representative (Please note: Your employee discount can only be processed at a Bell MTS store, not at The Source or Bell Mobility location/kiosk).
- The Bell MTS representative must fill out a web form (see example below) with you to process your application for the employee discount.
- The billing contact must be the name of the employee.

Do I need to bring anything with me to apply?
Yes, you will need to supply the following when you visit your local Bell MTS store:
- A Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of employment (pay stub from the past month). Please blackout any non-relevant information (ex., Social Insurance number).
- Your personal Bell Mobility account number (if you are already a customer. Not required if you’re new to Bell Mobility).
How many plans can I apply the 20% discount to?
You can apply for a discount on up to 2 personal wireless plans using your employee credentials (Please note these personal plans will be added to your account).
The employee discount cannot be combined with any other Bell MTS bundle discount.
How soon does it take to recognize the discount on my bill?
Bell MTS may take up to two bill cycles to apply the discount.
