Introduction
ShareLink Pro is a device that allows you to share your screen on the display in a classroom or meeting room. ShareLink Pro is device agnostic. You can use it with almost any device (Windows laptop, Apple laptop, iPad, tablets, iPhones, Android phones, etc.).
On this page:
Installing the client software
You must have the ShareLink Pro client software installed on your device to share your screen.
Your options for installing the client software depend on how your computer or mobile device is managed.
If you use an IST-managed computer, IST has made the software available for you to install from the Windows Software Center or Company Portal (Mac).
If your faculty/unit IT support staff manages your computer, please contact your IT support to have them install the client software for you.
If you are using a personal computer or are a visitor to the university, follow the steps below.
If you cannot install the software from the Windows Software Center or the Company Portal, then you must download and install it. Administrative privileges are required to install the application.
To download the ShareLink Pro client:
- Ensure your computer is connected to the uofm-guest or eduroam Wi-Fi network.

The ShareLink Pro app can be downloaded for free from the Google Play store (for Android devices) or the App Store (for iOS devices). This app allows you to present photos, documents, web pages, device screenshots, and the device camera. ShareLink Pro also supports iOS screen mirroring.
